Princeton-By-the-Sea or “Clipper Ridge” as the area is referred to by locals -
The best part of living in this neighborhood is being mid-coast, meaning that the home is about half way between downtown Half Moon Bay and the Devil's slide tunnel to the north going into Pacifica (or San Francisco).
A weather highlight is that this home is located in the mid-coast sunbelt, meaning that this area gets more sun throughout the year than other parts of the coast.
The beaches and coastal trail are across the highway, accessed by a nearby crosswalk (Capistrano Road).
The neighborhood park offers grassy areas, shade trees, a basketball net and cement pad, play structures and picnic tables.
Hiking trails are abundant behind the homes in the area which are designated open space and owned by the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
The neighborhood provides convenient access, offers sidewalks and streetlights.
